प्रजातान्त्रिक सरकारें और जनहित : Governments in Democratic Countries

मित्रो!

      प्रजातान्त्रिक देशों में प्रायः सरकारें बदलतीं रहतीं हैं किन्तु जनता के हित नहीं बदलते। सरकारें जनहित में फैसले लेकर कार्य करतीं हैं। जनहित यह अपेक्षा करता है कि सरकार बदलने की स्थिति में पूर्ववर्ती सरकार द्वारा छोड़े गए कार्यों को नयी सरकार पूरा करे जब तक कि नयी सरकार यह निर्णय नहीं लेती कि पूर्व सरकार द्वारा लिया गया निर्णय जनहित में नहीं था।

      सरकार जिस योजना को पूरा न किये जाने का निर्णय लेती है तब उसे निर्णय और उसके कारणों से जनता को भी अवगत करा देना चाहिए।

Governments in Democratic Countries

                In the democratic countries, Governments often change, but the interests of the public do not change. Governments take decisions in the public interest. The public interest expects that in the event of change of Government, the new Government will complete the work left incomplete by the previous Government. The Government do so unless the new Government takes the decision that decision taken by the former Government was not in the public interest.

               If the Government decides to not complete any plan, it should also communicate its decision and reasons thereof to the public.
